Aerial Fiber Optical Cable
An aerial cable is an insulated cable that typically comprises all fibers that are required for a telecommunication line. Aerial fiber optic cable is a type of fiber optic cable that is usually used for outside installation on poles. Due to its installation environment, the design of aerial fiber optic cable must consider protecting it from the destruction of nature and man-made damage or theft. According to the installation methods, aerial fiber optic cables can be generally classified into two types: catenary wire and self-supporting.
GYXTW Central Bundle Tube Optical Fiber
The structure of GYXTW central bundle tube optical fiber is to insert 250μm optical fiber into a loose sleeve made of high modulus material and fill it with a waterproof compound. The loose sleeve is wrapped with a layer of double-sided plastic steel belt (PSP).
Loose tube aerial cables are highly suited to long deployments, up to and beyond what was traditionally feasible with blown fiber. Water resistance material is added between the steel belt and the loose sleeve to ensure the compact and longitudinal water resistance of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides to squeeze the polyethylene sheath into a cable. With the outdoors as a major factor, the polyethylene outer cable jacket is made to repel UV light and harsh weather patterns.

GYTA53 Direct Buried Double Sheathed Optical Cable
Struktur dari GYTA53 cable is a 250 µm fiber optic jacket filled with a waterproof compound in a loose tube made of high-modulus material.
Pusat inti kabel adalah inti penguat logam. The loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking filler.
Plastic-coated aluminum tape (Apl) longitudinally wraps and then extrudes with a polyethylene inner sheath, and double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) longitudinally wraps to extrude a polyethylene sheath into a cable.
