Posachedwa, there has been sufficient evidence that other companies and persons have been using ZMS Cable’s trademark and name to engage in commercial activities, and the specific actions include, but are not limited to, sending customers false documents and emails about ZMS Cable’s acquisition, merger and acquisition, ndi directing/allegedly defrauding customers to make payments to accounts that are not owned by ZMS Cable. This is a serious infringement of ZMS Cable’s commercial rights and poses a trade risk to its customers.

Hereby, ZMS Cable issues a solemn statement:

1. Any email and document with the content of ZMS Cable being acquired, merged, business relocation, ndi zina. are FORGED.
2. Chithunzi cha ZMS NEVER use any third party account as a payment account.
3. ZMS Cable will not be liable for any risks (including but not limited to non-delivery of goods, poor quality of goods, ndi zina.) arising from the above two situations.
4. ZMS Cable has taken legal actions to protect the company’s commercial rights and interests, and has sued the relevant parties for fraud and other related offences, and transferred them to the judicial authorities for handling.

Announcement: This company is not related to Chithunzi cha ZMS, any proof of a company related to ZMS Cable is a false document.

Information sent through these people’s business cards and mailboxes after June 2024 contains a large number of inaccuracies.↓
