GYXTW Central Bundle Tube Optical Fiber
The structure of GYXTW central bundle tube optical fiber is to insert 250μm optical fiber into a loose sleeve made of high modulus material, and fill with waterproof compound. The loose sleeve is wrapped with a layer of double-sided plastic steel belt (PSP).
Water resistance material is added between the steel belt and the loose sleeve to ensure the compact and longitudinal water resistance of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides to squeeze the polyethylene sheath into a cable.

GYTA53 Direct Buried Double Sheathed Optical Cable
The structure of the GYTA53 cable is a 250µm fiber optic jacket filled with a waterproof compound in a loose tube made of high modulus material.
The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core. The loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water blocking filler.
Plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) longitudinally wrap and then extrud with a polyethylene inner sheath, and double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) longitudinally wrap to extrude a polyethylene sheath into a cable.

ADSS Fiber Optic Cable
ADSS fiber optic cable adopts loose-layer twisted structure, the optical fiber is sheathed in a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material, and the tube is filled with waterproof compound.
The non-metallic central reinforcing rib (FRP) strand into a compact cable core, and the gaps in the cable core fill with water-blocking grease.
The inner sheath of polyethylene (PE) isextrud outside the cable core, then two layers of aramid yarn for reinforcement twist in both directions, and finally a polyethylene (PE) sheath or an anti-corrosion (AT) sheath extrud.

Application of ADSS Optical Cable
- The design of ADSSoptical cablefully considers the actual situation of the power line and is suitable for high-voltage transmission lines of different grades. Polyethylene (PE) sheaths are available for 10KV and 35KV power lines.
- For 110KV and 220KV power lines, it is necessary to determine the hanging point of the optical cableby calculating the electric field intensity distribution and use the tracking-resistant (AT) outer sheath.
